AUFine service, but could be even better Qwintry's 'Shop for me' service is a lifesaver for products not shipping to Australia. Seamless process, though delivery times can be improved

RUWhaMy purchases in Germany and sending them by parcel postt I like most about Banderolka is… What I like most about Banderolka is its reliability. My package from the store ends up in the warehouse, it doesn’t arrive earlier when no one is at work yet, it doesn’t arrive later when everyone has already left work. I find out that the parcel arrived at the warehouse on the same day, there is no need to sit in the dark, is my parcel lost? Russian Post works great for delivering parcels to Russia, at least in Germany. At customs, the parcel goes through quickly, brokers are not stupid, unlike other services. In general, I'm happy so far.

AUI've been using qwintry for a few… I've been using qwintry for a few months now, mainly for clothing purchases from U.S. websites. Their package consolidation feature is a big money-saver, especially when ordering from multiple stores. The only downside is the longer wait time due to consolidation and shipping, but it's worth it for the savings

CAI recently bought high-end headphones… I recently bought high-end headphones for $200 and used Qwintry to ship them to Calgary. The delivery fee was $30, which I initially thought was a bit high, but it turned out to be worth it. The headphones arrived sooner than expected, and the package was in excellent condition. I appreciated the frequent updates and the ease of tracking my order. Overall, Qwintry provided a hassle-free experience.

BGAn unexpected continuation of one story of bad support I wrote a previous negative review about QWINRTY customer service. The company showed attention to my review and contacted me through its support system and, as it seemed to me at first look, partially admitted its mistakes. For my part, I tried to help them correct the insufficiently quality processing particulary where a failure was possible (shipping consolidation). Which is what happened in my case. How surprised I was to see the next morning that two of my incoming shipments were postponed by the QWINTRY in dispatch, and I received an appeal allegedly from the company’s security service with demands of an absurd nature, but in a benevolent tone. This is an interesting know-how in resolving conflicts in the field of processing and customer support. I think I must keep subscribers of TRUSTPILOT updated in the future. For now it looks like a hidden threat.
