Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Had an issue with may package, and they resolved it quickly. Truly impressed!

An unexpected continuation of one story of bad support I wrote a previous negative review about QWINRTY customer service. The company showed attention to my review and contacted me through its support system and, as it seemed to me at first look, partially admitted its mistakes. For my part, I tried to help them correct the insufficiently quality processing particulary where a failure was possible (shipping consolidation). Which is what happened in my case. How surprised I was to see the next morning that two of my incoming shipments were postponed by the QWINTRY in dispatch, and I received an appeal allegedly from the company’s security service with demands of an absurd nature, but in a benevolent tone. This is an interesting know-how in resolving conflicts in the field of processing and customer support. I think I must keep subscribers of TRUSTPILOT updated in the future. For now it looks like a hidden threat.

made over 40 parcels to Russia made over 40 parcels to Russia never lost any of them, now days a bit longer then it used to be, but this is understood, logistics to Russia is broken. Support is also great and fast. Solved all issues and special request had along the way.

where are my orders A good company, but apparently until your cargo gets stuck at customs My orders are being checked in Germany ( Frankfurt) from October 7, 2023 It feels like no action is being taken to solve this problem. Constantly answers - we try. We do and that’s all The orders haven't moved yet It's already March

I decided to embark on the journey of… I decided to embark on the journey of ordering a set of custom-made lamps from a craftsman in the United states. Navigating through the process was smooth as could be. The lamps, which were quite fragile, were packaged with incredible care and arrived in perfect condition, lighting up my living space just the way I wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Cheers from Marinette
