Support responds within a couple hours. The box is not wrinkled. On the downside. Mandatory insurance. There are minor problems on the site. High commission for currency conversion, but is not offset by the low price.

Shipping from USA , the best service A couple of years ago I needed to bring a GoPro from the USA, and started looking for someone to help me with this, in the end I came across this service and have not regretted it. I've been using this service for a few years now - it's the most convenient and the cost is nice. The warehouse is in a tax free state. I don't know who has better terms. Most importantly cool, affordable and fast in-house delivery service! Recommended!

Terrible service Terrible service. I've sent the package over prostobox and it stuck on the clearance for 8 months. The whole time I've asked support for details but they didn't reveal any. I was told just to wait a bit longer. After another month the package was returned back to service and they've charged me for 120$ without any reasons. Support said I was charged because some of the items now under sanction list in the transit country they've chosen by themselves! And now I forced to pay another 400$ (120+280) besides what I have already paid for the first attempt (260$). Total delivery cost became way more than the contents itself. That's ridiculous!

I've used Prostobox for delivering I've used Prostobox for delivering goods ordered from United States. Several parcels went through quite quickly, didn't expect it to be so fast. Website's UI is also very convenient and straight to the point. Ordered some gaming goods, parcels were combined and re-packaged in a short period of time. Customer support is also quick to help, although you need to pass through the chat bot to get to the operator, but I get that they're trying to reduce workload on their Support team. Overall, it's been a great pleasure working with them
