Kudos to M&M! My contact with M&M Freight and Logistics was Richard Ramirez, who was referred to me by a friend who had worked with Richard to arrange car transports on two occasions. Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. The guys at M&M were great The guys at M&M were great! They we're able to connect me with a driver within minutes and get my vehicle picked up. I transported a Highroof Ford Transit door-to-door from Texas to Atlanta Georgia in less than a day! Communication with dispatch and the driver was consistent. Driver even sent me picture after he picked up Vehicle. I will definitely use M&M again and highly recommend them if you're in need of quick and professional services at a more-than fair rate!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

Fast & Friendly I used M&M for my big move from New Jersey to Georgia & they were absolutely amazing! My car arrived to my new home in just two days with NO damages. Their price was wayyyyy better than the other companies I received estimates from. Will definitely use again if need be & I already recommended them to a few family & friends who are moving soon as well.

Overall this was a positive experience Overall this was a positive experience. Carl did a good job in finding me a transport. The driver Dakota, was very courteous and friendly as well as communicating a delay which was not a problem and I was grateful for his keeping in touch. His truck and trailer were top notch and in very good shape. My only negative would be that you couldn't find a driver until I voluntarily told him to raise the price, but that I'm sure is just a factor in this industry as a broker. Your company rating and initial quote was a big part in my booking with you. Even though the price was higher than originally quoted, I would give your company 5/5 stars.
