BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Excellent service Excellent service. Timely delivery within the window described. Driver made a couple of calls to me while in route to keep me posted on his arrival time. He was well mannered during actual delivery at my house. I will consider using this company again should the need arise.
