I was really nervous and skeptical at first but the guy i spoke with from your company was the first person I spoke with regarding transporting in general, I had no idea how this things works and or what to expect. It was the priciest one of all quotes but literally as soon as i got off the highway the driver and I was at the light together in my city. I was so happy to see that he drove my car straight home! There was no extra or hidden fees either exactly what we talked about.

BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Great, fast service! Alex from M&M freight did an amazing job helping me to get my car shipped to AZ. I am a travel nurse and didn’t anticipate the prices of getting a rental for 3 days so I knew I needed my car asap. Alex was able to find a driver to transport my car the same evening and my car was delivered to me a day early just in time for me first day! Would 100% recommend M&M freight to friends and family in the future!

Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

Excellent service Excellent service. Timely delivery within the window described. Driver made a couple of calls to me while in route to keep me posted on his arrival time. He was well mannered during actual delivery at my house. I will consider using this company again should the need arise.
