M&M freight is great for shipping vehicles! Making the reservation for transportation was very easy. Richard was so kind and friendly and kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Their pricing is very fair. We have shipped cross country with M&M freight twice!

Great company Company was great. The Rep name was Nick. He was very kind, courteous and casual while still very professional. He did not harass or pressure me to do anything as some of these other companies were trying to do. He kept me informed via text and simply asked me to let him k ow when I’m ready. Once I called back he gave a very reasonable quote and within 24hrs my car was shipped. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Kudos to M&M! My contact with M&M Freight and Logistics was Richard Ramirez, who was referred to me by a friend who had worked with Richard to arrange car transports on two occasions. Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

I would say that the timing of my car’s… I would say that the timing of my car’s arrival was close enough and I was happy I received my car in one piece, but I believe it was a day late than what was discussed which can happen and the communication to see where my car was at was poor on the drivers part. Other than that, the pricing was pretty expensive but I guess it’s was a competitive rate and I needed to pay before it got any higher. I could see myself using this company again if need be, but I just hope I have a better experience than the one I had.
