Great, fast service! Alex from M&M freight did an amazing job helping me to get my car shipped to AZ. I am a travel nurse and didn’t anticipate the prices of getting a rental for 3 days so I knew I needed my car asap. Alex was able to find a driver to transport my car the same evening and my car was delivered to me a day early just in time for me first day! Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

I would say that the timing of my car’s… I would say that the timing of my car’s arrival was close enough and I was happy I received my car in one piece, but I believe it was a day late than what was discussed which can happen and the communication to see where my car was at was poor on the drivers part. Other than that, the pricing was pretty expensive but I guess it’s was a competitive rate and I needed to pay before it got any higher. I could see myself using this company again if need be, but I just hope I have a better experience than the one I had.
