I would say that the timing of my car’s… I would say that the timing of my car’s arrival was close enough and I was happy I received my car in one piece, but I believe it was a day late than what was discussed which can happen and the communication to see where my car was at was poor on the drivers part. Other than that, the pricing was pretty expensive but I guess it’s was a competitive rate and I needed to pay before it got any higher. I could see myself using this company again if need be, but I just hope I have a better experience than the one I had.

Cadillac They we're a pleasure to work with, they transported my Cadillac from Las Vegas back to South California. They made the process easy, even though my car was Non-Op they're driver was still available to put my car in my driveway with ease.

Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

Kudos to M&M! My contact with M&M Freight and Logistics was Richard Ramirez, who was referred to me by a friend who had worked with Richard to arrange car transports on two occasions. Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. If not for the late pickup i would have… If not for the late pickup i would have given you all five stars. I was really nervous and skeptical at first but the guy i spoke with from your company was the first person I spoke with regarding transporting in general, I had no idea how this things works and or what to expect. It was the priciest one of all quotes but literally as soon as i got off the highway the driver and I was at the light together in my city. I was so happy to see that he drove my car straight home! There was no extra or hidden fees either exactly what we talked about.
