BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ITS GROTESQUE THAT THERE ARE COMPANIES WHICH CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, HOPEFULLY IT SAVED YOU FROM THESE GUYS DOING TO YOU WHAT THEY DID TO ME. Service was extremely quick and… Service was extremely quick and professional. They delivered the vehicle within 36 hours from pick up time to delivery from LA to Memphis. Would absolutely use them again.

I would say that the timing of my car’s… I would say that the timing of my car’s arrival was close enough and I was happy I received my car in one piece, but I believe it was a day late than what was discussed which can happen and the communication to see where my car was at was poor on the drivers part. Other than that, the pricing was pretty expensive but I guess it’s was a competitive rate and I needed to pay before it got any higher. I could see myself using this company again if need be, but I just hope I have a better experience than the one I had.

Cadillac They we're a pleasure to work with, they transported my Cadillac from Las Vegas back to South California. They made the process easy, even though my car was Non-Op they're driver was still available to put my car in my driveway with ease.
