Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Excellent service Excellent service. Timely delivery within the window described. Driver made a couple of calls to me while in route to keep me posted on his arrival time. He was well mannered during actual delivery at my house. I will consider using this company again should the need arise.

The guys at M&M were great The guys at M&M were great! They we're able to connect me with a driver within minutes and get my vehicle picked up. I transported a Highroof Ford Transit door-to-door from Texas to Atlanta Georgia in less than a day! Communication with dispatch and the driver was consistent. Driver even sent me picture after he picked up Vehicle. I will definitely use M&M again and highly recommend them if you're in need of quick and professional services at a more-than fair rate!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great company Company was great. The Rep name was Nick. He was very kind, courteous and casual while still very professional. He did not harass or pressure me to do anything as some of these other companies were trying to do. He kept me informed via text and simply asked me to let him k ow when I’m ready. Once I called back he gave a very reasonable quote and within 24hrs my car was shipped. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
