Great company Company was great. The Rep name was Nick. He was very kind, courteous and casual while still very professional. He did not harass or pressure me to do anything as some of these other companies were trying to do. He kept me informed via text and simply asked me to let him k ow when I’m ready. Once I called back he gave a very reasonable quote and within 24hrs my car was shipped. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

The driver Dakota, was very courteous and friendly as well as communicating a delay which was not a problem and I was grateful for his keeping in touch. His truck and trailer were top notch and in very good shape. My only negative would be that you couldn't find a driver until I voluntarily told him to raise the price, but that I'm sure is just a factor in this industry as a broker. Your company rating and initial quote was a big part in my booking with you. Even though the price was higher than originally quoted, I would give your company 5/5 stars.

BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I recently moved from coast to coast… I recently moved from coast to coast and M&M Freight and Logistics was there to help! They dropped off two containers on two separate days, per my request. And picked them up on the same day. The two containers arrived at my destination three weeks later… per their estimate. If you are not in a rush, then M&M Freight is a great option to save money. They are professional, and courteous. They answer the phone whenever you call. And they are cautious with the transport of your belongings. I recommend them for your transport needs!! BTW-I had to arrange for movers to load and unload the containers.
