Service was extremely quick and… Service was extremely quick and professional. They delivered the vehicle within 36 hours from pick up time to delivery from LA to Memphis. Would absolutely use them again.

Corrosive liquid on the hood and two thick grease spots My car was returned and it was filthy which I kind of expected. When I finally got a chance to take it to get it washed there were two big thick grease spots on my windshield that I still can’t get off. Also and the worst is that on my hood it looks like some corrosive liquid dripped onto my hood and now the paint is ruined. No one will get back to me with who I should talk to about getting this fixed. I understand that things happen but when they happen, someone should take responsibility. That’s what I’m looking for. As far as time, they got my car here in four days which is amazing but that doesn’t make up for the damage to my car.

Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. Great, fast service! Alex from M&M freight did an amazing job helping me to get my car shipped to AZ. I am a travel nurse and didn’t anticipate the prices of getting a rental for 3 days so I knew I needed my car asap. Alex was able to find a driver to transport my car the same evening and my car was delivered to me a day early just in time for me first day!
