Worst experience ever Worst experience ever ! Car left in perfect condition from Illinois to Las Vegas. Arrived with $3700 damage to roof. Neither Bobby from Van 3 nor Chris Ryan from Lake Shore Recovery who transported my vehicle would pay a dime to have it fixed. I have a number of text messages from Chris saying it’s their responsibility and they will take care of the repair. Send them a estimate. It was sent and then absolutely no more contact . It’s been over 2 months now and nothing to even helps with the repairs. I even asked just for the deductible. My recommendation is please don’t use them. If car arrives ok then they are happy to speak with you but if it has damage they are not. Shame on Bobby from Van3 Countryside Illinois and Chris Ryan from LakeShore Recovery.
