If you ship anything from your online or physical store, you're probably losing money. RR helps you recover money if FedEx and UPS mess up. I had no idea about this problem but their team makes it easy to understand and tackle. I would recommend working with them if you're shipping any products.

They monitor our deliveries and automatically file a claim when one is due. They follow up with both carriers making the process much easier for my shipping store.
