USRobust reports and stickers and excellent prompt and helpful customer service In selling my car, I had someone ask me to get them a report from DVH. Because of scams in this area, I was uncertain, but the car history report was excellent and accurate. It disclosed something I was unaware of when I purchased the car in 2020 that Experian didn't report at that time. I also ordered a Carfax report at the same time as DVH and Carfax also reported the same issue. The DVH report, however, was more detailed, so that is good. I also ordered a window sticker. The app froze for several hours and I thought I'd lost money, but the online chat was super helpful and immediately sent a link to the sticker. I will use DVH again. It's not just cheaper than Carfax, it's better.
