We have an ecommerce business that scales greatly during the holiday season and whether it's high volume or low volume Zach and his team maintain extremely on point communication and service. If we need something handled Zach keeps himself available and is fast to respond, he makes sure any request is handled for us as quickly as possible. Since we have been working with the team at Ships-a-Lot our fulfillment process has been very streamlined and it is rare for issues to pop up even when we have hundreds of orders in the pipeline. Blows away multi location shopping. Tried others settled here. I started with ShipBob. VC backed and losing tons of money. A brilliant idea of having multiple warehouses near a customer. But then I find out the local nearby shipping still takes a week! And any upgrades cost 2x more than Shipsalot. So why not have 1 location near a fedex hub and get things out super fast. Speed matters, or they go to. Amazon! And Amazon takes 20%. So consolidate and ship out fast. I have gotten overnight packages ordered at 9pm out and arrived at 10am the next day.
