First time working with Ships-a-Lot This is the first time working with Zach and Max from Ships-a-Lot and the experience couldn't have been any better. The customer service was great with any questions I had being answered within a few hours, even on weekends when a majority of the orders come in. Shipping and fulfillment has always been an ongoing struggle for us and the Ships-a-Lot team finally made the constant struggle go away. Perfect shipping solution Our startup went with a local fulfilment center who took over a month to get everything out from our crowdfunding project and made a mess of the information. We didn't know who got what. We transferred our business to Ships-a-Lot and within 48 hours they had tracking numbers sent to everyone including the custom assembly that was needed. They have been responsive and easy to work with. With them not being local, has not been a setback one bit.
