Blows away multi location shopping. Tried others settled here. I started with ShipBob. VC backed and losing tons of money. A brilliant idea of having multiple warehouses near a customer. But then I find out the local nearby shipping still takes a week! And any upgrades cost 2x more than Shipsalot. So why not have 1 location near a fedex hub and get things out super fast. Speed matters, or they go to. Amazon! And Amazon takes 20%. So consolidate and ship out fast. I have gotten overnight packages ordered at 9pm out and arrived at 10am the next day. First time working with Ships-a-Lot This is the first time working with Zach and Max from Ships-a-Lot and the experience couldn't have been any better. The customer service was great with any questions I had being answered within a few hours, even on weekends when a majority of the orders come in. Shipping and fulfillment has always been an ongoing struggle for us and the Ships-a-Lot team finally made the constant struggle go away.
