Customer service is exceptional and I appreciate how available Max is when there is something we need addressed. Dealing with so many moving parts there is always going to be hiccups but with the right team in place one is able work through those hiccups with ease. Excellent customer service and good value They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.
