Best Price and Best Service. Hands down! When out ecommerce company started expanding quicker than we could ship orders, we searched long and hard for a solution. We were extremely nervous about moving all of our inventory from Florida to a fulfillment center out of state, but Ships-a-Lot made it incredibly easy. Zach and his team made sure to answer the many questions that we had about the transition and made things as seamless as possible for us and our customers. Our margin for error was fairly high when we were filling orders in my spare bedroom, but now things are flawless. We couldn't be happier! There's also no hidden fees with Ships-a-Lot like we encountered with the quotes from other 3PL companies. You pay a flat fee here... no extra charges unloading your inventory or ridiculous charges for each additional item they pick. Some of our orders have upwards of 20 or 30 items in it, so it's nice to pay one fee whether they ship 1 item or 30.

Fantastic partnership and valued team member Ships-a-Lot has been fantastic to work with. Customer service is exceptional and I appreciate how available Max is when there is something we need addressed. Dealing with so many moving parts there is always going to be hiccups but with the right team in place one is able work through those hiccups with ease. We are happy to have Ships-a-Lot as part of our team!

Blows away multi location shopping. Tried others settled here. I started with ShipBob. VC backed and losing tons of money. A brilliant idea of having multiple warehouses near a customer. But then I find out the local nearby shipping still takes a week! And any upgrades cost 2x more than Shipsalot. So why not have 1 location near a fedex hub and get things out super fast. Speed matters, or they go to. Amazon! And Amazon takes 20%. So consolidate and ship out fast. I have gotten overnight packages ordered at 9pm out and arrived at 10am the next day. Client is very impressed. Frank
