First time working with Ships-a-Lot This is the first time working with Zach and Max from Ships-a-Lot and the experience couldn't have been any better. The customer service was great with any questions I had being answered within a few hours, even on weekends when a majority of the orders come in. Shipping and fulfillment has always been an ongoing struggle for us and the Ships-a-Lot team finally made the constant struggle go away. I can trust these guys and look forward to working with them in the future.

If we need something handled Zach keeps himself available and is fast to respond, he makes sure any request is handled for us as quickly as possible.
