Great delivery times ansd helpful staff -

Blows away multi location shopping. Tried others settled here. I started with ShipBob. VC backed and losing tons of money. A brilliant idea of having multiple warehouses near a customer. But then I find out the local nearby shipping still takes a week! And any upgrades cost 2x more than Shipsalot. So why not have 1 location near a fedex hub and get things out super fast. Speed matters, or they go to. Amazon! And Amazon takes 20%. So consolidate and ship out fast. I have gotten overnight packages ordered at 9pm out and arrived at 10am the next day. We have an ecommerce business that scales greatly during the holiday season and whether it's high volume or low volume Zach and his team maintain extremely on point communication and service. If we need something handled Zach keeps himself available and is fast to respond, he makes sure any request is handled for us as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service and good value They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.

Perfect shipping solution Our startup went with a local fulfilment center who took over a month to get everything out from our crowdfunding project and made a mess of the information. We didn't know who got what. We transferred our business to Ships-a-Lot and within 48 hours they had tracking numbers sent to everyone including the custom assembly that was needed. They have been responsive and easy to work with. With them not being local, has not been a setback one bit.
