Best Price and Best Service. Hands down! When out ecommerce company started expanding quicker than we could ship orders, we searched long and hard for a solution. We were extremely nervous about moving all of our inventory from Florida to a fulfillment center out of state, but Ships-a-Lot made it incredibly easy. Our margin for error was fairly high when we were filling orders in my spare bedroom, but now things are flawless. We couldn't be happier! There's also no hidden fees with Ships-a-Lot like we encountered with the quotes from other 3PL companies. You pay a flat fee here... no extra charges unloading your inventory or ridiculous charges for each additional item they pick. Some of our orders have upwards of 20 or 30 items in it, so it's nice to pay one fee whether they ship 1 item or 30.
