Ships-a-Lot staff worked around the clock and answered all my questions quickly to make me, a customer, the number one priority. Excellent customer service and good value They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.

Zach and the team has a very quick response time, showing that they really care about their clients.
