Best Price and Best Service. Hands down! When out ecommerce company started expanding quicker than we could ship orders, we searched long and hard for a solution. We were extremely nervous about moving all of our inventory from Florida to a fulfillment center out of state, but Ships-a-Lot made it incredibly easy. Zach and his team made sure to answer the many questions that we had about the transition and made things as seamless as possible for us and our customers. Our margin for error was fairly high when we were filling orders in my spare bedroom, but now things are flawless. We couldn't be happier! There's also no hidden fees with Ships-a-Lot like we encountered with the quotes from other 3PL companies. You pay a flat fee here... no extra charges unloading your inventory or ridiculous charges for each additional item they pick. Some of our orders have upwards of 20 or 30 items in it, so it's nice to pay one fee whether they ship 1 item or 30.

Best Fulfillment Company to Work With! We're very glad to work with Ships a lot! They're all very helpful. All of our orders get shipped out promptly. Zach and the team has a very quick response time, showing that they really care about their clients. We had a bad experience with a fulfillment company previously, leaving us nervous about working with another company but upon seeing how Zach and the team operate their business our fears went away. Excellent customer service and good value They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.
