Excellent timing and quick response from Rafi at United Routes Auto Transport I did an online inquiry with United Routes Auto Transport on a Thursday evening and Friday morning Rafi called me. By Friday afternoon he found a driver who would pick up my MGB and take it to Phoenix on the following Monday or Tuesday with a Friday or Saturday delivery. I made the commitment Friday afternoon and on Monday morning I received a call that my car would be picked up on that evening. By Friday the car was delivered to Phoenix. Extremely responsive service and a very attractive price compared to other quotes I received.

He overcame my own created obstacles and made the delivery on time, in perfect condition, and didn't charge me extra, although they easily could have and I expected them to. He maintained contact throughout the journey and met every expectation. No hidden charges or fees. We will use United Routes LLC again to ship our classic cars and highly recommend you consider doing the same.

Best I've Found I had another company lined up for a Friday pickup of my classic car and after hearing nothing all week called them on Thursday to confirm. They told me a Friday pickup meant within five business days of Friday. No delivery promise. I called United Routes and they had a carrier there the next morning. The next day the car was rolling off of the enclosed trailer at my home. Today, three days after receiving my car and five days after canceling the order the first company called me to say they might have a truck available.
