GBGet it done Contacted United Global Logistics and spoke with Brad William. The first driver had mechanical issues and would not be able to pick up the car on the scheduled day. Called Brad and he quickly got another driver that could pick up the vehicle that day. Life being what it is that driver also had mechanical issues and couldn’t make it. Once again Brad found a driver that could do it and he showed up in hours. Great job Brad. Car picked up and delivered on time.

GBNo need to be nervous I was nervous and skeptical about shipping the Suburban I just purchased. I compared reviews and felt like I had the best odds with Ship Auto Now. They found me a reasonable price for being in a rural area and most importantly they were extremely responsive to calls and texts. Jason kept me up to date. I felt better knowing he'd respond to any questions or concerns I had very quickly.

GBThe price I was quoted was not the… The price I was quoted was not the price I paid, they changed the price on me significantly. My car was to arrive on the 15th, I did not get my car until the 17th, I had to keep texting and calling for updates about what’s going on. I had a handicap tag in my vehicle, but apparently they can’t seem to locate it. Overall I did get my vehicle without scratches or dents

GBMULTI-LEVEL SCAM SCAM. ShipAutoNow first quoted $550, then $800, then $1050, and finally $1530 to ship my vehicle. Nothing about the transport of my vehicle changed, they just kept claiming they were struggling to find a driver. On 20.Mar.24, I signed a contract with ShipAutoNow for the $1530 and agreed to paid deposit of $330. After a few days of delay, ShipAutoNow claimed my vehicle was picked up and would be delivered within 2 days. Then it gets weird. I start getting text messages claiming I need to pay the $1200 balance via a cashapp (Venmo, paypal, etc), despite the contract stating cash on delivery. The messages escalated to "... pay me now, or you will never find your truck...". I continually reply and reiterate the contract is cash on delivery, and the messages continue to escalate the threat to the final message, which was a voice mail telling me "F$#& you". ShipAutoNow now claims Central Dispatch (a transport clearing house) assigned another broker (Turbo Freight) who was responsible for the transport of my vehicle. Neither Turbo Freight nor Central Dispatch have any record of a contract with ShipAutoNow for my shipment. Ultimately, I had a friend pickup my vehicle and deliver. The company refuses to refund my $330 deposit, and claims they themselves were victims of a scam by others (Turbo Freight and/or Central Dispatch). There are so many levels to ShipAutoNow's scam (fake sub-contracts, fake phone numbers) it's impressive the level of complexity ShipAutoNow has amassed to protect their scam.

GBMy car was delivered successfully I had my car shipped from Florida to West Virginia. Christina Hall very helpful and honest. She gave me and exact price for Shipping the car and the price did not go up when the car was delivered. She communicated with me openly until the car was delivered. She also gave me the driver's number. The driver was also very polite and responsive. Great experience!
