GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RECOMENDED shipped my custom-built motorcycle from Honolulu to the Seattle area. Communications absolutely is the worst. it takes min. o fa half a day before you get someone via phone. there is no online chat with rep. e mail is slow and the requested info has never been given instead you get reference contact that when contacted i did not have the proper number for them to reference to find my bike that was estimated to be delivered on may 6 th it is now the 31st and here i sit on hold wasting my day waiting for someone to answer going on 2 hours now. very Frustrating And when I finally get someone to speak with they are not knowledgeful nor can they tell me when i may hear from the carrier that is to deliver my bike . oh ya paid for door to door i had to deliver to Montgomery motorsports and i am going to have to pick it up at the carriers warehouse or if i am lucky meet the driver in the city evidently they are not comfortable on county roads. i really wonder what damages I am going to find and if dealing with the shipping insurance is as frustrating and non productive. i advise if there is any other way to ship your vehicle use it. DO NOT USE HAWAII CAR TRANSPORT

GBAloha Aloha, I’ve used Hawaii Car Transport to ship multiple vehicles (both ways multiple times Hawaii-Mainland), Americargo Express LLC Truck driver was outstanding! Very professional and communicated very well with any types of updates during the shipping process! Recommend shipping company and vehicle delivery was on time as projected. Mahalo!

GBGreat experience, just late arrival Great price, very available staff, very clear instructions. Based on the reviews I've read, it looks like they've made great improvements in these areas. Our car arrived 16 days later than estimated (due Jan 15, arrived Jan 31), and there was no way to get updates or live-time tracking until it got to port. We weren't in a rush to get the car, so no problem for us, but that was the only issue.
