GBDidn't quit work out I arranged for a local one way move. I then needed to add a 2-mile leg to it (with a generous offer-given they were already in the area). At the location, the mover asked if he could reschedule the second leg, that he would be in the area 4 days later. It was late on a Sunday night and I figured he was tired and ready to go home. I agreed and I didn't ask him to put things where I needed them given he was coming back. On the app, the move was "expired". Thursday rolls around and he needed to reschedule. I agreed. He suggested an hour window days later that I couldn't do. I never heard back from him with another option. I posted the move to the app again. It just keeps "expiring". I, too, called the number and as others have reported below, it just hangs up. I'll use Dolly. This is too much trouble.
