Beautiful custom-made premium boxes! I found Custom Boxes Lane looking for suppliers that make premium rigid boxes for a delicate medium sized product. Nathan was very friendly from the beginning and answered all my questions quickly. The communication was clear and fluid, which I appreciated because the whole process was done remotely. The price seemed right for a product of the quality they offer and tailored to what we needed. The purchase process was simple and Nathan kept us updated on the production follow-up. Although we had to wait almost a month to receive the boxes from the time the printing was approved, they arrived on time. They were special boxes with non-standard sizes. I am really very pleased!

5 Star all around. Great experience. I reached out to multiple companies to have custom boxes made for one of our products. There are several reasons we went with Custom Box Lane. Nathan (The representative that helped us) was prompt, responsive, friendly, helpful, patient and flexible. The pricing was significantly less than other quotes for the same item. Once the process started the communication between us, our representative and the design team was amazing. Any changes/ corrections were made quickly and another proof was sent until we had a final design. After which a final proof was sent and we requested for a physical proof to be sent to ensure that we had our dimensions correct. (Worth the little extra to get the physical proof) after we gave the final confirmation the production and shipping time was much quicker then we had anticipated. We are very satisfied all around with this entire process and will be ordering all packaging from them going forward.
