It seems to me that Autofulfil is caught up in Voga's terrible treatment of customers. Autofulfil recommended a number of carriers to transport my Voga order. None would accept it because of the odd dimensions. I communicated to Autofulfil that I would make the 400KM round trip and collect my Voga order myself. When I tried to arrange that collection subsequently, Autofulfil told me my order was no longer in their warehouse and to contact Voga. They have stopped responding so I haven't been able to establish whether they made Voga aware that I would be collecting my order or where my order went? Check out the Voga reviews. Autofulfil features and not in a good way.
