Get ready to put un work!!! The manager was polite; however this facility has maybe 3 doors to access, with all the units inside. Only one maybe two trucks can park in the back to unload, then if you are upstairs prepare to wait for the slowest elevator in the world, averaging 1 floor every 5 minutes, and there is only 2 floors. Oh and the prices for these units, ridiculous, and insane!

Terrible information I found good quotes online so I called the number to their mainland office and wow, they do not know what they are talking about... I asked several times if the unit was on the ground or stacked and they kept assuring me it was on the ground. When they transferred me to the actual storage facility to schedule a driver, the facility told me the unit was stacked and that I couldn't reserve a driver until signing up for the unit in person. Bad information!!!

It was great at first It was great at first. When needed to make a change with rental, the prices changed and customer service was a bit uncooperative. When contacted the facility, was listed as having 2 rentals instead of the changes I had made.
