I needed a storage at the last minute … I needed a storage at the last minute for same day move. I was very please, all it took was one phone, call less than 15 mintues on the phone and just like that i had my reservation for a storage. The representative was very helpful. And Val and Sue with Bullseye storage are the best. I will highly recommand the site and Bullseye.

It was great at first It was great at first. When needed to make a change with rental, the prices changed and customer service was a bit uncooperative. When contacted the facility, was listed as having 2 rentals instead of the changes I had made.

Elevator was broken I THOUGHT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE UNTIL MY HUSBAND ARRIVED TO MOVE IN OUR THINGS FROM A 3 BDRM CONDO TO A 2ND FLOOR STORAGE UNIT..... TO FIND THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF THIS WHEN WE RENTED THE UNIT IN FACT WHEN WE WENT TO GO LOOK AT THE UNIT WE TOOK THE STAIRS BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT IT WAS JUST 'EASIER'.... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.... VERY DISAPPOINTED

FSF's description, sizes available, prices, and policies of the storage facility were right-on. The property checked out excellent, including for security. There was zero hassle when I presented my online reservation with the locked-in price at the office.
