From scheduling the pick up in Houston to picking my car up in Sacramento I was pleased with each step. UAT did what they said they would. What more could you want? UAT communicated well with me when they picked up my car in Florida. They also let me know how things were going as they transported the car across the Country, and the driver remained available by his cell-phone if I had questions. He called me the day before delivery, then with an hour of warning prior to his arrival. He delivered the car to me undamaged and well documented. All of this was done for one of the lowest prices available on UBID. What more could anyone ask for??
