Sketchy and unprofessional! Sketchy and unprofessional! We used Inter Movers to ship our things from Texas to the UK. The shipment was delayed over a month and when it finally arrived, we had lost/damage items and some of our clothes had been removed from the original package and put on garbage bags. The moving crew that helped up told us that this was the worst packing job they had ever seen. When we contacted the company to explain what had happened, we were told that it was our fault because we did not buy the additional insurance. The company refused to reimburse, or help us at all, for the damages and the lost items. After months trying to get some support from them without any success, the manager, Michael, told us that they would not help us since we wrote an online review (wow!). In my experience, Inter Movers is an extremely unreliable and unprofessional company. I would never recommend it!

Don't use inter-movers Don't use inter-movers. They have hidden charges that you only find out about when preparing to pick up items. I shipped a few small items after the death of both my parents and then found out that on top of the high fees already paid, I had to pay extra they had not warned me about if I wanted to collect my items. They were very misleading in their wording claiming door-to-door service which was not true. Their communication was also woefully inadequate. My shipment kept getting delayed and they never contacted me. I always had to contact them and then they would just send me a new date and little else. This has several times.

Inter Movers Inter Movers crew was fast, efficient, professional, and secured everything perfectly. Price was better than many of their competitors and they made sure I had the optimal number of movers to the size of my job. if you've never hired movers before and are thinking of moving on your own -do yourself a favor and hire these guys. worth every penny.
