Very poor communication & constant headache Very poor communication from them which would be essential by a prep center... The main communication channel used is e-mailing and they hardly monitor their emails, in fact I need to contact them every day to get a response once or twice a week. I ordered hundreds of units to them with the first one arriving two weeks ago and I still don't know what items they received. Don't use their services if you don't need constant headache...
