Very good service and good price. Truck arrived within the estimated time frame. Good communication with dispatcher and it was easy to arrange pick up. Price was better than another competitor. I would have rated it a 5 if I was able to track delivery, or at least had communication with the driver during the journey to have a better idea of what day to expect delivery. (This was across the country) The driver was very respectful of us and of the cars/trucks he was delivering. He made sure that he unloaded in a safe location.

There was a minor snag during transport as is often the case in this unpredictable business, but that only gave a good company a chance to show why I was correct to choose them. Lily was on top of the situation immediately and kept me informed as progress was made to deliver my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived, it was a quick and easy delivery.
