Look no further I'm an agency owner that supports 50-100+ small-medium sized Amazon brands per year. I've seen and heard horror stories from clients about some of the top 3PLs out there. For my own line, I wanted to find a solution I could use and recommend to clients. I did a ton of due diligence before landing on ShippingTree and now they are the only provider I recommend to clients. I've been using them for almost a year and I'm beyond happy with my choice. Here's what I love: 1) TECH: Their platform is easy to use and integrates with Shopify and Passport. 2) Amazon: They offer prep&ship to FBA (some 3PLs don't or charge excessive fees). They also offer bundling and kitting at affordable rates. 3) Fees: The fees are reasonable for startups and completely transparent. They also pro-rate the storage fees to the inventory on hand so you are not overpaying for storage you are not using. 4) Team pt1: We are admittedly a small account for them but from the very first call with Alex I felt "taken care of". Most other 3PLs just have a generic sales person who is doing nothing but selling. Alex wanted to make sure the solution and pricing would be a fit for our needs. 5) Team pt 2: This requires a second point because Jenn, Lourdes and literally everyone I've connected with at ShippingTree has been empathetic, responsive and proactive in pointing out issues to me before I notice them AND beyond helpful at resolving issues that arise. Logistics are never perfect at any 3PL but this team is top-notch and trained to actually resolve issues quickly. 6) Other: They ship globally, have multiple warehouse locations, and their tech picks the lowest shipping rates.
