A very good purchasing experience! We just had a very positive experience with Packwire. Once we selected our box and design (which was so easy to do), I received contact from Phil--he was my account manager. There were a few issues with some of our artwork, but Phil went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied with the end product. I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes… I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes without seeing a physical sample first so the rep suggested that they could make a physical sample but this project was pretty rush so I opted for their 3D Render option which was free of charge and gave me a better idea than the online configurator in terms of colors, the boxes came out just like it, really happy with this experience.
