Outstanding order support Within 10 minutes of submitting my order online, a Packwire associate reached out to me to alert me that the quality of the images I had chosen for my package were not optimal. The associate then advised on how to enhance my images and proceed with the order. This associate was dedicated to me throughout the sales and order process. A very good purchasing experience! We just had a very positive experience with Packwire. Once we selected our box and design (which was so easy to do), I received contact from Phil--he was my account manager. There were a few issues with some of our artwork, but Phil went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied with the end product. Phil is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and represents Packwire very well.
