Best custom design box site. EVER. I would definitely recommend Packwire if you're in the market for a custom box design. We recently purchased shipping boxes for a campaign we have in the works. After mocking it up on their incredibly slick site and uploading our artwork, Phil (account manager on the project) reached out to see if I had any questions. He was incredibly responsive in every step of the process. All in all, we received our completely customized boxes in 2 weeks! They're beautiful, and the entire office is in love with them--Can't wait to ship them out.

Outstanding order support Within 10 minutes of submitting my order online, a Packwire associate reached out to me to alert me that the quality of the images I had chosen for my package were not optimal. The associate then advised on how to enhance my images and proceed with the order. This associate was dedicated to me throughout the sales and order process. Customer service and order support of this caliber are extremely rare and I was delighted by it. I highly recommend Packwire for all your custom packaging needs!

I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes… I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes without seeing a physical sample first so the rep suggested that they could make a physical sample but this project was pretty rush so I opted for their 3D Render option which was free of charge and gave me a better idea than the online configurator in terms of colors, the boxes came out just like it, really happy with this experience.
