He explained the entire process from start to finish to me in a way that was easy to understand. Every day I woke up to either a call/text/email from Dan giving me updates and letting me know what offers we had on the table.I felt comfortable the entire time. He followed up with us before, during, and even after the cars were delivered. I would absolutely recommend them 1000 times over!

Paul has been so amazing from the very beginning of this process there has been a lot of back-and-forth and changes and Paul has been very accommodating and pain throughout the process. He has kept me informed with everything along the way I have text him many times and he responds quickly and efficiently. Paul is also very kind with his words and helpful. These guys cheat and their clients and… These guys cheat and their clients and carriers, always put out orders at one price and then give you an order even lower than it was, in addition, you can come to the pickup location and the car will not be already, because this broker gives his order to several carriers at once!!! I do not recommend working with them - if you do not want to waste your money, nerves and time.

I was able to work with Adam of premium… I was able to work with Adam of premium auto shipping to get our vehicle shipped. We ran into one item with the first vehicle breaking down but Adam himself and the company deserve a 5 star. The price offered was fair and Adam stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. The final price was agreed upon between Adam and myself and I felt it was fair and the delivery timing was less than 5 days from the time I reached out to delivery of vehicle so that also exceeded my expectations.
