Poor communication and damaged items Communication was lacking in the beginning. The 2 movers were very kind. They worked hard. After tipping them I noticed damage to my office chair, scratches on my dresser, and bedframe. I reached out to them through MovingHelp.com. I'm let them know the issue and that I would like compensation for the damage to my office chair as it was expensive and pretty new. There has been no response. I'm disappointed and will not use them again.

A Fantastic Team of Movers I’m writing this review while exhausted and nearly falling asleep after a long day of moving. That’s how much I wanted to thank the team of Manny, Jessie, Anthony, Brett, Omar and Q that moved us today. We have a house packed to the rafters with stuff, a lot of it delicate or hard to move. This team was fast, efficient, always positive and good-natured (even when we had dumb last-minute requests because we forgot to pack something). Moving is always a nightmare no matter how prepared you think you are. These guys made the day great without a hint of negativity or problem. I don’t want to move again anytime soon, but I would 100% hire them again if I did. Great job, guys.
