GBGreat Self Storage Experience I went online and the website first to look over cost and size and options. I ended up reserving a 5x10 space. A couple of days later I went to Fort Security in Fort Wayne, IN. There were two associates working and they both helped me. They were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the size I had reserved and then one larger. I ended up picking the larger one. Both the website and in person was a pleasant experience and they seem to be happy to have one's business. I have rented from other storage companies and they were fine but the customer service here was much better.
