Really great service, truly customer focused! I have been using Parcelbound for about a year now. I can truly vouch for their focus on customer service. I hate to admit it, but I'm a customer who has lots of questions for companies before I do business with them (my dollar and trust are hard earned, right??) and sometimes AS I do business with them, BUT their customer team has been SO responsive and professional. They have gone over and above by sending items back to the sender when the sender sent me the wrong items etc... At first I was concerned that I could only reach them via email but they always get back to me within a day, sometimes within the hour...even on the weekends! Truly great service. I have saved so much in shipping from the US by getting my packages consolidated and I've recently started using their personal shopping service. Really great! I'm so happy that I came across this gem of a company. Truly great companies are really hard to find nowadays.
