GBI was frustrated not understanding how… I was frustrated not understanding how to really access specific loads for my Hotshot. Then staff Customer service staff called and was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through how to better get the loads I needed for my truck without scrolling through ones I did not. She was patient and very informative. Will recommend movers to anyone. Thank you so much. She also let me know any questions I could call and speak with any staff and they will make sure I have what I need. Best Customer Service I have had since starting our own authority!

GBThey give timely response and are more… They give timely response and are more than willing to spend however much time you need to answer questions and teach you how to use their systems. The web tools and app that they offer are extremely operator friendly and they offer more tools that any other load board that I have seen.
