USGood communication and responsiveness I wasn't sure about this company when I first saw it because there weren't any reviews for it online. However, I was impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they responded to everything. I asked a question before I submitted anything, and it was answered within an hour. Then, after I submitted my application, I got another email within a couple hours saying my application had been reviewed. The next day, I got an email with a picture of my IDP booklet and the tracking information for the shipment. I got my IDP in the mail a couple days later, which was well ahead of when I expected to receive it.
