The service is real but the customer service is terrible. You may or may not get what you ordered.... Received EUR instead of GBP. I ordered a GBP gift card and instead received one in EUR, same number, so lower value too... requested for it to be corrected then it was a battle to get either the gift card I ordered or a refund. Week later, days after the promised refund, I again had to chase and argue to get what I paid for... Finally, even though they changed their mind about giving me the refund they promised over a week ago, they actually sent through a GBP gift card.
