It’s a scam This company just tried to scam me. “Kevin Miller” sent me a suspiciously low quote (half as much as other companies) to ship my car 150 miles, and then blew up my phone with nonstop calls and obnoxious texts. I turned him down immediately and called him out for his rudeness, but he continued to call, email, and text me multiple times a day anyway. Based on my interactions with them and what I see in other reviews and reports, it’s pretty clearly a bait and switch scam. They lowball legit auto shipping companies, and then demand hugely inflated fees at the last second when customers don’t have other options. They’ve also seeded a ton of fake reviews on multiple sites to overwhelm the real one star ratings. You can tell because Kevin has posted some of them IN HIS OWN NAME.

I called Express Transport at the last… I called Express Transport at the last minute needing my daughter's car to be shipped to her at college. They immediately contacted me back and arranged for my daughter's car to be picked up the next day and they showed up right on time. Unfortunately the driver's truck broke down but he stayed in contact with me letting me know the situation which I very much appreciated. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time at my daughter's college and patiently waited for her to drive the car to make sure it was in good shape before being paid and signing off on the delivery. I also appreciate Kevin Miller following up with me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this car delivery service.

Worst experience Our experience has been horrible with this company. We paid a deposit and the driver showed up 4 hours late. It was dark then and he could barely drive the truck and couldn’t speak English, so commutation was incredibly difficult. After several days, they told us the truck broke down in one state. Later we find out lied to us and that they are in a completely different state way off route. The company refused to respond to us after saying the truck was being repaired and kept pushing back the eta. We had to get police involved just to get responses and they just continue to lie. They moved cars around on the trailer and the issues weren’t with the trailer, so there was so reason to do that. Through the police, we found the cars have been disappearing offsite and we haven’t given permission for that. It is now a week past the original time the cars were supposed to delivered and we have not received the vehicles. Do not use this company! Horrible experience!
