I was baited and switched I was baited and switched. I was given one price and then told it would be double what was quoted. Very scammish and unprofessional. Left a BAD taste in my mouth. I read the reviews but my experience was totally the opposite. NEGATIVE! I was told about this type of situation could/would happen. Talking to 3 different representatives, i should have known. Don’t you DARE lie and say i changed the date! My car was ready for transport as soon as i reached out to you for service. Tell the truth! But but you wont! Why do i need to lie if i needed YOUR service. Make it make sense! You told me one price then doubled the price. You were NEVER were honest from the beginning!

Great team Zack was great. Pick up and delivery was just as he said. If I ever have a car needing shipped again I'll be calling him.

This was new to me so wasn’t sure what… This was new to me so wasn’t sure what to expect. I had spoken to a half dozen transportation companies, possibly more and the only company that was honest and upfront was HubSpike. The person I dealt with was Zach Phillips. He explained the process and everything related to car transport, gave me a very reasonable quote and helped me each step of the process. My vehicle was taken from CA to MA and it couldn’t have been easier. Zach was so good we decided to use HubSpike again and we’re now sending our other vehicle to CA from MA…I can’t say enough about Zach and HubSpike and if the need arises again, I will definitely use them again…thank YOU Zach, for all your assistance!!!
