No Fine Print At All Couldn't have asked for much more from a moving company. Rock solid performance by the whole team here. I had doubts in the beginning because moving out of state is no small feat. The guy over the phone was very thorough when going over pricing and operations info with me. No fine print at all, everything was made easy to understand and put in writing. I specifically wanted a certain start time and they were able to make it happen. Normally all movers work by a time window but they were able to make an exception for me at the start. When the gentlemen arrived they were on time, got right in gear and worked quickly. It was a big concern of mine that the move out would take half the day because we're on the top floor in a highrise. But they already had a system in place and it took just over an hour. Fantastic!! Our new place is all wood floors. They placed each piece of furniture inside without leaving a scuff or scratch. One of the movers also took some extra time showing me how to move the furniture without leaving any marks on the floor. In case I wanted to change the set up around later.

These Guys Know How To Hustle ! Nice to see such a well organized business after dealing with so many chaotic movers in the past. The moving team showed up on time, wearing masks and moved me out of my place quickly. I was under a bit of pressure from my building as well and they helped out with that. I forgot to reserve the elevator for moving out of my building, which is in a high-rise. I had around 30 minutes to get everything moved out of my 1800 square ft 1 bedroom + Den apartment. These guys wasted no time at all. I told them the issue on the day of the move and they came in ready to work. One mover carried out 3 boxes at a time with a dolly. The other had a cart that could fit pieces of furniture on. They had everything moved on the truck in 25 minutes. Complete rockstars! The move was also very good. They helped me set up my furniture in my new living room before they left. I've paid for moves in the past and felt like I was jipped on service. Here I really got my money's worth.

Life Changing Decisions Just moved using Cross country movers and wanted to write this review before I forget. This was the first time I've ever moved to a new state with a full apartment of stuff. Being that back was against from Covid-19 I had to make some life changing decisions. The company that I had worked at for 8 years had to let so many people go and I was one of them. There was nowhere in my area that was willing to pay anywhere what I was close to making. So I could either take the financial hit and stay in the same area or relocate for the same amount I was making with room to grow. I'm sure you can already guess which option I chose based on me reviewing this business. Cross Country Movers made this exciting and scary life changing decision possible. The whole team was very nice. Pricing was competitive and the movers respected pandemic rules. Very happy I chose these guys.

Fast & Accurate Our estimate was created quickly but was very accurate. Over the phone, they were patient, nonjudgemental and answered all questions. Even repeated answers when needed. Procrastinated a bit and called last minute to book the move but they still handled it with no sweat. Pricing was reasonable and they were super easy to work with. All movers wore covid masks and respected regulations. Would 100% use them again in the future.

Great Movers Who Know How to Improvise There were some challenges with where to put the truck for loading because of limitations of the building I was renting in. They quickly adapted and developed a good strategy. They parked the truck in an alley half a block away and carried everything that way. These guys worked so hard and moved quickly too. I have the utmost respect for them. We moved out of NYC and into a beautiful new apartment just outside of Boston. All thanks to these guys. All movers wore masks and gloves.
