Fantastic experience! I had the experience of working with Matthew and Brianna from Custom Made Packaging on my newly launched skincare product packaging (boxes). Both were extremely professional in their communication, which I appreciated in comparison to other packaging companies that overwhelm you with communication, making it seem like they are only interested in assuming your business and not actually helping. Matthew was extremely helpful in ensuring I had the appropriate templates to work with and always answered all of my questions thoroughly. Brittany was diligent in reviewing my work for me and addressing any design issues prior to printing to ensure I had the best possible product. I was thrilled with the quality of my end product. Shipping times were also excellent and my product arrived well packaged and without any damage. Overall, very happy, would recommend and plan on working with Custom Made Packaging again!

I have tried many companies of… I have tried many companies of packaging for my business but most of them don't deliver the boxes on time and the quality is pathetic but this company deserves the 5 star rating. I'm living in Sydney and one of my friend who is living in US referred this company. John is so polite and understand my concerns so well. Only thing that I think this company needs to focus on is to open their proper facilities in AU just like in US. Other than that I think none of other packaging company can beat their quality and turnaround time.
