INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. WHAT A SCAM LURING PEOPLE IN Story goes like this. I booked with them my car delivery and was given a quote for 850 dollars at first but since I had another company I was talking with who gave me the quote of 800 and I stupidly agreed with this one coz saw some great reviews . I signed the contract all was good and great . Couple of days after I wrote asking for what time will the car be picked up was given an answer(Well, I'll update you with pick up time day before pick up as i have to talk with my driver. so you know he has a lot of cars to pick up. and i will let you know )then yesterday i texted again to ask what time will be the pick up? And answer was (hello sir we can pick up tomorrow at 2) then shortly after they call me. And I was like great they calling to confirm. But alarm be hold what I got instead was a freak out . So to deliver your car sir it will cost you 1500 dollars. So basically Waisted whole week just to tell me day before that shipping of my car will be 1500 dollars from 800 that I signed the contract for. Why would u even quote for 850 dollars if it’s not true. Why do I have to pay the price if the company can’t fill the trailer . STAY AWAY FAR AWAY. The worst ever service provided .

This company is corrupt This company is corrupt, liars and thieves. They will give you a low quote and agreement with a deposit down... then they will try to raise the price and try to get you to agree to a higher price. Basically holding your reservation with them hostage until you agree. They have not picked our car up twice now. First time because of "truck problems" now because "another client paid more" this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. We WILL be getting our deposit back and filing a formal complaint. Finding a different company to handle this transport.

Spoke to Edmund first Spoke to Edmund first, but then spoke to many other companies. I ultimately came back to Edmund. He was informative, had the best price, gave me the driver's name and number and emailed me the insurance. It was a great and smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend.
