GBAwful service Awful service! (You MUST read this BEFORE using Ship Your Car Now) I have used Ship Your Car Now before in the past when transporting cars from the seller in the US to Brunswick Port in Atlanta. The service has been fantastic, so much so that when a friend of mine needed a car moved via the road from Rock Hill, South Carolina to Brunswick I suggested using Ship Your Car Now. The staff member I have always used was Dana Briones, unfortunately Dana is no longer working with Ship Your Car Now, as a result I had the horror of having to deal with Rubin! Originally, I tried to book transport on the day the car was purchased, 16th June, but after speaking with Rubin was told I couldn't do this until I send him a Dock Receipt and the title for the vehicle, I was keen for Ship Your Car now to try to look for a driver as early as possible as I didn't want to have a last minute rush, Rubin told me he couldn't list the job on the "Central Dispatch Database" without this information. On the 21st of June Rubin had all the information needed, it was still very difficult with Rubin who wasn't very helpful and the shippers I was using also found his attitude pretty poor as they had to resend the dock receipt 3 times to suit Rubin's needs, again, not very helpful from someone who is being paid to do a task, however, maybe he was thorough with his job. With the task finally in Ship Your Car Now's hands and the delivery date cut off for 26th time was tight but Rubin was confident he could arrange a driver, on the 25th I called another two transport companies, National Auto Shipping and GetCarrier, just for a quote and availability, both companies added the job to the Central Dispatch Database, I wasn't aware of this until Rubin called complaining that we had asked someone else, both companies listed the job without the information Rubin said was essential before the job can be listed (wasting 5 days) Rubin assured the buyer (A friend of mine) that he could deliver the service promised and began a three way phone call with himself, the Buyer and GetCarrier to remove their job listing on the dispatch database, after this call Rubin then called National Auto Shipping and instructed them to remove the listing also, leaving just Ship Your Car Now's listing. We managed to arrange an extension on the delivery to port date to 01st July and again relayed on Rubin and Ship Your Car now to deliver. Another day passed and with no update word from Rubin, I called him at 4pm, he had left for the day but the office transferred me to his mobile, I asked if or a member of staff could call the seller, who by now was getting frustrated 10 days after selling the car still had it on his drive, to let them know that transportation is in hand and they will contact him with a date of collection, Rubin was incredibly unhelpful and rude and said "I'll do it Monday." Rubin failed to understand the buyer, 5,000 miles away in the UK is currently $30,000 out of pocket and relying on him to deliver on a service or at least settle the nerves of the seller and the buyer, to make things worse, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday came and went without contact from Rubin to myself the buyer or the promise of a call to the seller. The car missed both the original date and the extension date for the boat and missed the boat altogether even without as much as a call from Rubin! This is the same person who called and emailed the buyer within 10 minutes of another transportation company adding the job details to the dispatch board in fact Rubin at no point made any contact with myself, the buyer or the seller apart from when complaining about the GetCarrier and National Auto listings... Disgusting! On the Wednesday 01st July I called the company shipping the car from the US to the UK, I explained the problem and to let them know we were going to miss the boat. they were brilliant, they rebooked another boat, settled the nerves of the seller and handled the transportation that Ship Your Car Now had spent 16 days with. At 6am on 02nd July and 20 hours after taking responsibly for the transportation the car was loaded onto the lorry for transport to the port for the rebooked boat. It was at this point I called Ship Your Car Now (Friday / 4pm USA Time) Rubin had left for the day and I was told no one was available to help, however I did manage to remove the listing. I understand Ship Your Car Now only arrange / book cars on the transporters and don't drive the lorries themselves, as mentioned, I have used Ship Your Car Now a couple times before, even for my own car, I understand things take time and there can always be delays, what is totally unacceptable is the incompetence, lack of respect and total disregard towards the buyer and seller from Rubin, an utter digrace!

GBShipYourCarNow is a disgraceful excuse… ShipYourCarNow is a disgraceful excuse for a company. I trusted them to handle the delivery of a vehicle to my daughter, who serves in the military at Camp Pendleton. I paid extra for Saturday delivery on 4/13/2024. Not only did they deceive me about the delivery date, but they also conveniently increased the price from $1,050 to $1,100, and then sneakily added a $29 fee to the bill, without any prior disclosure. Despite their assurances of Saturday delivery, the car ended up arriving on a Tuesday, leaving me feeling utterly betrayed and exploited. Even when presented with a cheaper option for delivery on 4/15/2024, I foolishly stuck with ShipYourCarNow because of their promise of Saturday delivery. Little did I know that they would fail to deliver on their word, leaving me and my daughter feeling utterly let down. ShipYourCarNow's deceptive practices are particularly despicable considering the car's destination and the sacrifices made by our military personnel defending freedom. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of us. This company operates with nothing but deceitful intentions, and their actions speak volumes about their lack of integrity. To add insult to injury, the discrepancy on the bill, with an estimated pickup date of 4/9/2024 and an estimated delivery date of 4/15/2024, further highlights their incompetence. The actual pickup and delivery never occurred until 4/16/2024, exposing the sheer implausibility of their claims and the depths of their deceit. ShipYourCarNow is not just incompetent – they're downright fraudulent.
