Great Service and facilities I received great service upon signing up for my storage and when I ended my contract. The facilities and storages were very well maintained.

Terrible security, response and follow up to break in(s) I have been at the Beacon Storage in the Edmond, OK location for (4) years. I have had (2) break in's, the first resulting in 1K damage. Zero follow up with law enforcement and missed commitments to follow up. The latest was about a year ago, again NO follow up or response to my request for an action plan to address security. If there was ANY other local option I'd be gone. I would rate this facility and management a "F"
