GBThey send out too many reminders of upcoming payments. They mail a bill. This is enough. In addition to that they start calling and emailing before the bill is due. This annoys and angers me. They annoy, and anger me by calling, and emailing me to remind me to pay bill after already sending a bill. I know when the bill is due and always pay it. I can't pay it early. I am on fixed income and have to wait until my checks are deposited. Enough is enough. Stop doing so many reminders to waste my time and annoy me. That harassment should be reserved for people who don't pay their bill. I am a longtime customer!

GBYou Get What You Pay For.... Westlake was suggested by a friend. Even though the rental fee is more expensive than I'd planned on spending, I felt comfortable with the location and the maintenance. The young man who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgable. He explained payment dates and prices of the units. After explaining what items I would be storing, we zipped over to the unit to see the size he thought I would need. He was right.

GBWestlake Storage Security and price are great and management will work with you without any hassles to upgrade your unit. Units are always clean and well lit.

GBGreat Service I went with Westlake Self-Storage because it was close to our home and easy to access our items in storage. I knew I had made the right choice when I went in to inquire about a unit. I was met with great customer service and have been extremely happy with our experience over the last 2 years. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are well taken care of and notified of upcoming fees due in order to ensure payments aren't missed. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is in search of a storage facility.

GBHas No Trash Dumpster!!! To my surprise after deciding to move my things here, I was informed one day that the trash dumpsters half been removed. I thought that was a very basic need for people who are utilizing a storage unit and found it to be pretty insensitive and unprofessional to remove something that seems to be very basic for people who are moving items in and out. You will have to load all of your own items and take them to the dump, and sometimes they won't allow you in unless you can show that you are with the storage company in Charles county. And the dump is about 7 miles out of the way so it's a big inconvenience.
