GBSeemed to be some communication issues… Seemed to be some communication issues (with me as well as, others involved) as so many entities have their hand in the transaction. Would be nice if someone would call and give a general explanation of how things will transact; especially if it's the first time engaging a transport company.

GBDecent experience They were able to help with a complicated shipment. They did charge a heavy premium to ensure the delivery, and the shipper they used didn’t follow all instructions, resulting in additional delays, but that was beyond this companies control.
