We adopted over a year ago and once turned "on", Essential combined all our shipping needs under one easy to manage integrated platform. Editing settings is easy, adding services a breeze and if anything "isn't" working, all we have to do is let them know and they respond. Great customer care and followup but more important, problem "solving". In this day and age, that goes a long way!

Resurge, LLC Essential Hub was an added benefit with the acquisition of TechShip by Techdinamics. We utilize the USPS and Essential Hub filled this need. It is user friendly and replenishment is automated.
