The rates are by far cheaper than any alternative that I've used in the past: shopify, pirateship, etc. And, they have dedicated support from a real person who has been extremely helpful every step of the way. I wish I would have started using Essential Hub earlier, but I'm very happy that I'm using it now and saving money on every single shipment I send.
