BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Not sure who wrote the previous reviews but ask questions, they are not a moving company! You should absolutely stay away from these scammers. Do yourself a favor and find a real and legitimate moving company, they are not that. In fact they are not at all a moving company, just a middle man that tacks on 100% and subs out a moving company and walks away. They took advantage of my wife left to handle details in a shameful way. I won't spend time with the whole story but, here are the attributes you can expect. Inaccurate at best, shady and most likely just crooked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY US HOUSEHOLD MOVING TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT PERFORM SERVICES. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO DEBIT CASH, DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH. THEY ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEIR REPS TELL YOU ONE THING and THEIR CORP OFFICE TELLS YOU SOMETHING ELSE> DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT UNDER PRESSURE BY THEM>>>>THEY ARE HIGH PRESSURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

It’s seldom seen that a moving company… It’s seldom seen that a moving company hold up their end of the bargain without adding in additional fees or taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. They were 100% professional and compliant with the schedule they gave us at the very beginning stages of the project. Expectations were made clear and communication was fluent. Our things were handled and delivered diligently. There were no scratches or damages of any kind on our furniture or boxed things. Also, they maneuvered our furniture and boxes into our new home without breaking or damaging anything. Well done!

Compared to the last moving company I… Compared to the last moving company I used, these guys are studs! They were able to professionally orchestrate my long distance move from LA County to St. Louis. If you’re thinking of hiring this company, but don’t know what to expect, I’m here to tell you that you can expect great things from them! They exhibit quality moving traits during each phase of the move and it never falters, which is extremely important! I recommend them if you’re planning a move out of California.

All in all All in all, things went perfectly considering what it could of been. I'm so happy with everything that has been done by US household moving and storage. From first contact they are receptive and listen to all of your needs. Our free estimate was very accurate and they asked many questions to understand exactly what we needed done with our move. Good job.
