Best decision! Delivery was on time, a nice driver and above all a peace of mind. Charlie let us pick the place and he met us there on both ends. He called/texted us several times throughout the process to let us know how far he was. I originally planned on using another service but due to a lack of response time, finalized with First moto transport.

I would not recommend this moving company to anyone Our experience was horrible. Our final cost of move was doubled of what they estimated and they didn’t even get everything. I had to take an extra day off work to complete our move. I have a laundry list of things I was very un pleased with. All they could do was give us $100 off. Which really was just a slap in the face from the owner. Considering everything I personally did to help them through the 8.5 hr day. Don’t get sucked in to there cheap quotes because they’re not accurate. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals. I was taken advantage of and owner did very little to help.

Would love to recommend them First moto transport communication with us was excellent. They responded to all my concerns and questions with extreme satisfaction. They told me about how and when it will happen before the pick-up. They took my bike and shipped it on time. Without any damage, my bike was shipped. They talked to me with professionalism and give me so much respect.

They quoted me a really good price We were really lucky and just a couple of days later our bike was finally picked up. The drivers had called me before and after picking up my bike, with a personal messaging service as well! Use this moto transport service. Those 200 dollars are worth your peace of mind and nothing beats good customer service.

don't ship with them Booked and paid my deposit and haven't head back from them via phone or email. I will be filling a fraud claim. Update.... 2 weeks later and received an email stating I would get a refund and a week and half later I don't have anything.
