NANCY AND HER TEAM WERE DYNAMITE! We had a rush project on some product boxes that we had to have completed quickly. I was told to use The Custom Box Packaging website and was connected with Nancy right away. She walked me through every step with ease, helped with the design and correct sizing of our boxes and made sure things were exactly how we needed them. We even had an issue with some wrong information on our end and Nancy and her team made sure that the items were fixed and that we still made our deadline. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the timeliness of everything. From start to finish, even with the slight hiccup, we received our order within 10 days roughly. Well done. Highly recommended and will use again for sure.

They will work with you and get your money… They will never deliver the product… They will tell you that she no longer works for the company when indeed she still does this company operates under several different names? They are a total scam! I spoke to a guy named Ethan who is equally as bad as Nancy… If you look up the address, they list in Illinois it is a persons residence. It is not a business. I received a quote within minutes, after sending my box art they sent me 3d renders swiftly, and happily updated the art when I saw I had a mistake in the artwork I sent them. Their pricing and service cannot be beaten! The final product looks fantastic and functions as intended. I had tried to work with another local printer before finding The Custom Box Packaging (that is a few states away) that was beyond horrible and that had much higher prices. Fraud scam in Pakistan pretending to be American… Fraud scam pretending to be American when in reality these are Muslim terrorists based in Lahore Pakistan. All positive reviews are fake .. created by a sophisticated team of con artists (in the thousands) who steal people proprietary information (websites from other competitors, back links etc) so that it shows they’re legit. Reality is their mission is to scam you. 10,000 boxes worth $10,000 they get one to order and wire funds simply because they have a small machine to produce a hard copy proof (which they hook through free graphic design services) and client feels safe to send $$. Now scam fraud Qadeer Hussain aka Naveed aka max aka Bobby aka Pam aka josh aka baha ships 1-10 one to ten qty out of 10,000 boxes which gives a tracking number from FedEx, now FedEx doesn’t indicate if they delivered 1 or 10,000 boxes so when client tries to charge back, they end up losing to the fraud merchant because tracking is provided. Do not buy from online printers, only local or those willing to FaceTime you (an American or Canadian) not some Muslim Taliban from Pakistan. These con artists pay for fake reviews and pay $ to remove negative reviews. They scam an average of 8,000 customers a year with an average transaction of 5,000.00 as these scammers on Sagian Bypassroad Shadara Lahore Punjab operat 750 sites (one for each major US city) - how do I know? Qadeer was my friend from 27 years who not only stole my ID and personal information but left me with a tax debt of $360,000.00 plus $800,000.00 in amount to be refunded plus $66,000.00 in credit card debt (since my SSN was used fraudently to get credit cards forwarded to a virtual mailbox)
