After repeated complaints, they still dont care and keep harassing with messages at all times... And when you call to ask them to remove your number from automated messages, they hang up immediately when they hear the words 'remove my number'... good luck if you share your number with them...

Smooth process with no delays I had my car shipped from New Jersey to Las Vegas and American Auto transport executed the shipment flawlessly. My car arrived on time and in good condition. The driver was very flexible and maintained constant communication. I give this company five stars zero complaints from this customer.

I had a great experience with American… I had a great experience with American Auto Transport, wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. The sales rep that helped me out made everything easy for me on my end. Stayed in communication with me during the whole time. Great customer service, always returned my calls on time and my car arrived in perfect condition. Driver was really friendly and helpful.

Overpromise and underdeliver As other reviews said I’d give this company zero stars if possible. They will promise you a pick up date and time and then will come up with all sorts of excuses for why they didn’t show up - the driver won’t pick up, the truck broke down….. I had taken days off work to wait for them which were wasted. They don’t return calls and when I tried to call them to check on status they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I blocked my called ID and they finally picked up. Once they figured I was desperate enough they hiked up the quoted price. I decided not to use them.
