Stepping Up to the Plate I am very impressed with the service I got from Xtreme Relocation. I contracted Amerifreight to pick up my car with a 3-day window with specific instructions that I can't go beyond the days as I am flying out-of-state. Amerifreight failed to replace the carrier they had for me, and insisted they can't do anything but for me to wait 3 more days for another driver to get my car as I refused to have it picked up on a flat bed. I had to leave my car with my friends as I had to fly out of Washington. Stuart of Xtreme Relocation, on the other hand, never failed to follow-up on me for almost 3 months, if I still need an enclosed trailer for my out-of- state car shipment. I finally responded to him after 3 months, told him I left my car and I still need an enclosed carrier for the shipment. In less than 3 hours he got me a carrier who can pick up my car the next day. Stuart answered all my concerns and addressed all my requirements. The car was picked up the next day, on the dot as scheduled. Stuart told me the car will be delivered in 4 to 6 days, Monday the latest. On the 3rd day (Friday), the driver contacted me to advise me the car will be delivered the next day (Saturday). Vasil, the driver, called several times on Saturday to update us on the delivery time. He came with this long trailer and carefully unloaded my car, re-attached my antenna which I would have forgotten existed. Vasil allowed us to inspect the car and also took pictures of it upon delivery. My stuff inside the car were also intact. Leaving your car and not knowing when you'll get it shipped is a lot of stress and inconvenience, but Xtreme Relocation eased that stress and stepped up to the plate when other brokers could not find me a driver, with minimal waiting time. The price quoted by Xtreme Relocation was all in, not a dime more considering that the pick-up address was farther than my initial quote. I will definitely recommend Xtreme Relocation for your shipping needs. Fast service, awesome customer experience, great communication, and timely updates are one of the awesome benefits you'll experience with the company. Stacie was knowledgeable and helped me with the entire process of shipping my car and hiring a mover. These guys had us moved out in a matter of hours, Peter, the driver that hauled my car arrived an hour after the moving team left and picked up my car.
