Poor Customer Service You are offered the opportunity to contact them via email. I did just that to notify about cancelling service and to ask for help in the process on May 22nd. A Noreply was sent to my email; however, when I went in to verify the email, I was told it was never received. Thus, I was beat out of another month of rent. How sad when the economy is as difficult as it is. Do not offer email contact if you are not going to be professional and answer. Ms. Arnold

Great rates, facility and staff! Self Storage Solutions is fantastic, I have had a storage unit with them for almost two years now. The facility is always neat, clean and well lit and the staff is as friendly as they are helpful. I highly recommend you check them out!

Price Increase Although I realize costs have gone up, I have a hard time understanding a 56% increase in the cost of a RV space with the customary one month notice.
