TRFinally someone implemented what I wanted to do An easy to use app where I can control the whole operation. I can follow all orders coming from different platforms from a single screen. I can see the positions and waiting times of the pending orders, and I can group and dispatch accordingly. I can share the status of the order with real time data in customer calls. The ETA to restaurants of delivery drivers shed light on my future planning. Drivers save time by taking advantage of the location and phone support in the application. Customers can watch the orders for delivery live and they like it very much.
