GBcaution! I was rushed into signing with reassurance that I could cancel if needed. I have called numerous times, and they keep saying I'll have my manager call you. That doesn't happen. I'm cancelling within 24 hours, and want my deposit back. I'm giving 1 star for truthfulness.

GBI hired Moving Nation to move my mom… I hired Moving Nation to move my mom out of her retirement facility in California and had them help her move into my house in Arizona. There was not a lot of stuff to move since she already had left most of her things with me before, but it was quite a distance to transport things. Moving Nation were very professional and managed to handle the entire packing and loading part in an afternoon. The delivery was done right in the middle of the window they had given us, which was perfect. Highly recommended moving company.

GBThere are more affordable movers that… There are more affordable movers that you can go for but do you really want to use the cheapest people to handle all your electronics, appliances and expensive clothes? I didn’t and Moving Nation was one of the most obvious choices based on all the 5 star reviews they have earned for themselves. I was willing to spend a little more to get them rather than some bargain basement movers who may turn out to be unreliable. Very happy with my choice.

GBI wish I could go back in time and… I wish I could go back in time and erase all the times I used movers other than Moving Nation, some who were scam artists and others who were just hopelessly clueless part-timers. By contrast, here you get consummate professionals who know the ins and outs of moving houses. Let me just be clear that Moving Nation does not come cheap like the part-timers I mentioned. If you want to compromise professionalism for economy, these guys are not for you. But in return you get hard workers, dedicated support and actual competence. Your choice.

GBThis company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare! Delivery is supposed to be on September 25. Today is October 14 and Customer Support (Tina) cannot tell us when our delivery will arrive. She keeps saying, they will let us know 24 hours before it arrives. They cannot even track where the truck is. This is not how you do business! We’re now at their mercy. We do not have anyone to escalate the problem to except Customer Support, Tina, who cannot tell us anything. This is a real nightmare!
