Communication is not good Communication is the biggest concern for the past 3 years which I have raised, still there is no improvement for that. However shipping charges are affordable compared to others, which I have experienced.

Slow I was not informed of receipt of the item from the Shopforwarding service even though it has been almost 2 weeks since the courier delivered it to Shopforwarding. I emailed and then got a reply saying it's already in my country and I can collect it.
