unfair fees This company charges a fee for nondelivery of goods. I made a purchase on their website, they debited my account, and were unable to deliver because the item was out of stock. This business model makes money if the item is out of stock. Out of stock items should not be listed for sale on their website. Customer shouldn't be charged for company's lack of updating their website.
