Do not use this company
GBDo NOT use this company My new home and my personal item were damaged. The moving team (2 men) was unprofessional. They spent time using their cell phones, they moved slowly at the second location, they left behind pieces that they took off of disassembled furniture and required me to bring/ keep up with other small pieces of disassembled furniture. Not to mention they argued with me about damages that I noticed instantly and told me that there was no way that he caused it.

GBPerfect I have moved around a lot and can honestly say this has been the best local move experience that I have had in the past 30 years. The movers actually showed up earlier than expected but gave good notification of that. The earlier start time was to my benefit too. Overall, every contact point, from sales to labor, was great! I can't recommend Black Tie more - everything was perfect!

GBI was nervous moving from Dallas to San… I was nervous moving from Dallas to San Antonio. Black Tie sent out a “2 Brother Duo” who were amazing courteous, safe with my furnishings and art etc. they were extremely professional/great manners and never complained. The next day I called their boss and thanked him for such superior service with a smile. Thank you again

GBA full year after my move you continue… A full year after my move you continue to as for my review yet you were made aware of my displeasure with your services. Your crew showed up understaffed and without proper equipment. One worker hid in the backyard talking on his cell ohone and smoking. Your lead worked admitted one crew member was brand new to the job and would not be back. He was only capable of folding blankets (when he was not on his phone and smoking). The love took two hours longer than planned because your crew included only two workers plus the aforementioned new “worker”. Not having the long handled hand truck your crew admitted they’d left behind meant they had to take all the drawers from my furniture and spilled the contents of my dresser all over the stairwell. I could say more but surely you get the point. These issues were discussed with you by ohone shortly after the move. It is unwise that you continued to ask for my review. After the tenth email I decided to proceed with a review.

GBRude/Unprofessional movers I was not the customer, my neighbor was. The truck was pulled out, blocking the street. I could understand if there wasn't enough room on the driveway, but there was plenty of room. I told them they needed to move after waiting patiently for 5 minutes since I live in a court, and there is only one way in/out. The worker took issue with the fact that I didn't ask politely, and he took his time to move the truck. That was bad enough, but isn't worth this bad review. Then they moved it back to blocking the street. One of my other neighbors had the same experience a few minutes later, and they were talking back to her, and upset even though she was stuck, and couldn't leave our court because of them. They also mentioned to my neighbors that I had cursed at them, which was not true. At this point, there were a few neighbors gathering to talk about it (one of them was my spouse). They kept talking loudly/complaining about the situation, while continuing to move furniture, albeit now not blocking the road (plenty of room, by the way). I did call in to the company, and they said they would have someone call me back, but so far no call.
