Rude/Unprofessional movers I was not the customer, my neighbor was. The truck was pulled out, blocking the street. I could understand if there wasn't enough room on the driveway, but there was plenty of room. I told them they needed to move after waiting patiently for 5 minutes since I live in a court, and there is only one way in/out. The worker took issue with the fact that I didn't ask politely, and he took his time to move the truck. That was bad enough, but isn't worth this bad review. Then they moved it back to blocking the street. One of my other neighbors had the same experience a few minutes later, and they were talking back to her, and upset even though she was stuck, and couldn't leave our court because of them. They also mentioned to my neighbors that I had cursed at them, which was not true. At this point, there were a few neighbors gathering to talk about it (one of them was my spouse). They kept talking loudly/complaining about the situation, while continuing to move furniture, albeit now not blocking the road (plenty of room, by the way). I did call in to the company, and they said they would have someone call me back, but so far no call.

Horrible experience BLACK TIE MOVING Huntsville AL Horrible experience. Incompetent and incomplete move. Damaged furniture, destroyed new home carpet, destroyed previous home carpet, missing Ipad Pro (a police report was filed)...the list goes on and on. ZERO contact from Black Tie Moving regarding reimbursement of this nightmare move in Huntsville AL. I have doz. of photos supporting the nightmare as well as neighbors comments supporting the trash trail left in front of my home by Black Tie Moving . Look elsewhere if you want a safe, trustworthy and professional move in Huntsville AL.

Movers were 2 hours late which caused… Movers were 2 hours late which caused us not to be able to close on our house and left us homeless for 3 days. They did come out and move the contents into our house for free once we got the keys but they should have since it was their fault in the first place. The guys who moved our stuff were very professional and took good care of our items.

Moving experience was average at best Moving experience was average at best. Refrigerator stopped working after the move and the moving company dragged their feet towards finding any acceptable solution to he broken fridge. Workers seems a bit lax in their efforts. Literally took all day to move a limited amount of furniture even after all boxes were prepared and placed in front of house. I ended up having to rent a Uhaul afterwards because they didn’t finish the job like they said they would. Basically ended up costing me more money than necessary. Also had one of the movers show up, then leave shortly after arriving with no explanation. No back up provided. I ended up having to help the movers a lot more than your average help here and there. And I was paying them. The whole operation just seems quite unprofessional at their basic core. Gave them 3 stars instead of 2 just because they did work with me to reduce the cost of moving due to the limited crew. But then again, it took longer to move as well. Overall I would give them a C for a grade.

Really great experience! Really great experience! First time hiring a moving company, and they made it so easy. I packed a bit, but they probably did 70% of the packing. It was amazing not having to worry about every little thing. Nothing broke, nothing stolen, nothing damaged in the slightest - even some really delicate furniture I have.
