Good but not great They didn't break or lose anything. But, when the guy came to look at our stuff and decide what size truck they needed, the refrigerator was supposed to go. By the time the move happened, the refrigerator was staying, BUT the truck still got completely full, and I had to drive with a lot of stuff in my car. Also, the movers tried to lock up the truck and drive away before they had everything.

These guys are so professional These guys are so professional. Kudos to Anthony, Myron, Tim and Lionel. They worked quickly and efficiently with no dawdling. And, so friendly and cordial. Hard workers, careful moving. Hard workers, careful moving. Finished within 15 minutes of the quoted time. Did bump walls a couple of times, but no serious damage. We did have some issues getting the couch into the house, but fortunately a friend who works in a warehouse was helping me. He was able to how them how removing the doors adds some extra space, and the right angle to carry the couch at to minimize its width. Obviously not their fault for the sizing of the door, and I hope they remember that trick for the next job. Truck did scrape up my driveway when they left.

My experience with Black Tie Moving was… My experience with Black Tie Moving was amazing! I have a one bedroom apartment and had everything packed when they arrived. The team took extra caution with my fragile items. They were able to pack, drive to my new apartment and unload everything in under 2 hours! The price was reasonable, a lot cheaper than some other companies. I will definitely recommend them to others and I plan to be a customer again in the future.

I requested the packing service for Black Tie… I requested the service for Black Tie to both pack and move me. Man, you talk about taking their time! Three of them accomplished what I could have by myself during the packing portion. They were late for arrival. My 5 gallon Sparklets water container filled with coins didn't make the journey. Moving 5 miles from Lovers Lane to Turtle Creek took 9 hours. I was so exhausted at watching them lethargically mope around that I couldn't protest at the end. I was just glad to have that experience behind me. I realize this experience has much more to do with the moving employees as compared to the owner of the company, but it reflects poorly on the owner when a client such as me has a miserable experience.
