Very polite & eager to help in any way Very polite & eager to help in any way. Did good job of wrapping & protecting furniture. Moved slow & did not bump walls or door facing. They worked good together. I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything moved. I used them 3 yrs ago when I moved from Carrollton area to my current residence in Oak Point.

For both packing and the move… For both packing and the move everything went extremely well The crew arrived on time, were courteous and worked very efficiently. For the move itself the movers did their job and were very helpful and patient. Moved a rug 3 times, once after there was furniture on it. Cleaned out all packing material at completion. I have another move coming up in the next few months Intend to use Black Tie and will request the same crew

Time lost, money spent The movers were willing to modify the plan when my life situation changed between scheduling the completing the move. However, due to the additional time required to complete the task, I strongly suggested the movers take a lunch break - they declined. When we had to make a second trip, they took at least 20 minutes longer than I did to return to the same location. I was asked to pay for the entire time in spite of this rather obvious delay. Additionally, as they were tired and hungry, the efficiency of the process significantly dropped toward the end, adding additional time and expense for me to the event.

Damaged furniture, destroyed new home carpet, destroyed previous home carpet, missing Ipad Pro (a police report was filed)...the list goes on and on. ZERO contact from Black Tie Moving regarding reimbursement of this nightmare move in Huntsville AL. I have doz. of photos supporting the nightmare as well as neighbors comments supporting the trash trail left in front of my home by Black Tie Moving . Look elsewhere if you want a safe, trustworthy and professional move in Huntsville AL.

My experience with Black Tie Moving was… My experience with Black Tie Moving was amazing! I have a one bedroom apartment and had everything packed when they arrived. The team took extra caution with my fragile items. They were able to pack, drive to my new apartment and unload everything in under 2 hours! The price was reasonable, a lot cheaper than some other companies. I will definitely recommend them to others and I plan to be a customer again in the future.
