Do NOT use this company My new home and my personal item were damaged. The moving team (2 men) was unprofessional. They spent time using their cell phones, they moved slowly at the second location, they left behind pieces that they took off of disassembled furniture and required me to bring/ keep up with other small pieces of disassembled furniture. Not to mention they argued with me about damages that I noticed instantly and told me that there was no way that he caused it.

I requested the packing service for Black Tie… I requested the service for Black Tie to both pack and move me. Man, you talk about taking their time! Three of them accomplished what I could have by myself during the packing portion. They were late for arrival. My 5 gallon Sparklets water container filled with coins didn't make the journey. Moving 5 miles from Lovers Lane to Turtle Creek took 9 hours. I was so exhausted at watching them lethargically mope around that I couldn't protest at the end. I was just glad to have that experience behind me. I realize this experience has much more to do with the moving employees as compared to the owner of the company, but it reflects poorly on the owner when a client such as me has a miserable experience.

These guys are so professional These guys are so professional. Kudos to Anthony, Myron, Tim and Lionel. They worked quickly and efficiently with no dawdling. And, so friendly and cordial. I loved how they all worked together so seamlessly as a team. SO nice and helpful to each other. Thank you guys for your professionalism and efficiency. This was a breeze due to your help. I was nervous moving from Dallas to San… I was nervous moving from Dallas to San Antonio. Black Tie sent out a “2 Brother Duo” who were amazing courteous, safe with my furnishings and art etc. they were extremely professional/great manners and never complained. The next day I called their boss and thanked him for such superior service with a smile. Thank you again

Hard workers, careful moving. Hard workers, careful moving. Finished within 15 minutes of the quoted time. Did bump walls a couple of times, but no serious damage. We did have some issues getting the couch into the house, but fortunately a friend who works in a warehouse was helping me. He was able to how them how removing the doors adds some extra space, and the right angle to carry the couch at to minimize its width. Obviously not their fault for the sizing of the door, and I hope they remember that trick for the next job. Truck did scrape up my driveway when they left.
