Movers were 2 hours late which caused… Movers were 2 hours late which caused us not to be able to close on our house and left us homeless for 3 days. They did come out and move the contents into our house for free once we got the keys but they should have since it was their fault in the first place. The guys who moved our stuff were very professional and took good care of our items.

Damaged furniture, destroyed new home carpet, destroyed previous home carpet, missing Ipad Pro (a police report was filed)...the list goes on and on. ZERO contact from Black Tie Moving regarding reimbursement of this nightmare move in Huntsville AL. I have doz. of photos supporting the nightmare as well as neighbors comments supporting the trash trail left in front of my home by Black Tie Moving . Look elsewhere if you want a safe, trustworthy and professional move in Huntsville AL.

Only 1 of the 3 movers sent to help… Only 1 of the 3 movers sent to help where any good they damaged my things and 1 of them when confronted about it argued that he was not damaging the items on purpose but it was of the surrounding area that they had to come into. Another damaged a new item of mine and didn't say anything just hid the damage and I didn't notice until after they left. They take forever (3-4 days) to respond to claims all and all if you live in any of the surrounding areas of Dallas try to find another company to move you this one is not the best in my opinion.

Hard workers, careful moving. Hard workers, careful moving. Finished within 15 minutes of the quoted time. Did bump walls a couple of times, but no serious damage. We did have some issues getting the couch into the house, but fortunately a friend who works in a warehouse was helping me. He was able to how them how removing the doors adds some extra space, and the right angle to carry the couch at to minimize its width. Obviously not their fault for the sizing of the door, and I hope they remember that trick for the next job. Truck did scrape up my driveway when they left.

Very polite & eager to help in any way Very polite & eager to help in any way. Did good job of wrapping & protecting furniture. Moved slow & did not bump walls or door facing. They worked good together. I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything moved. I used them 3 yrs ago when I moved from Carrollton area to my current residence in Oak Point.
