Only 1 of the 3 movers sent to help… Only 1 of the 3 movers sent to help where any good they damaged my things and 1 of them when confronted about it argued that he was not damaging the items on purpose but it was of the surrounding area that they had to come into. Another damaged a new item of mine and didn't say anything just hid the damage and I didn't notice until after they left. They take forever (3-4 days) to respond to claims all and all if you live in any of the surrounding areas of Dallas try to find another company to move you this one is not the best in my opinion.

These guys are so professional These guys are so professional. Kudos to Anthony, Myron, Tim and Lionel. They worked quickly and efficiently with no dawdling. And, so friendly and cordial. I loved how they all worked together so seamlessly as a team. SO nice and helpful to each other. Thank you guys for your professionalism and efficiency. This was a breeze due to your help. Time lost, money spent The movers were willing to modify the plan when my life situation changed between scheduling the completing the move. However, due to the additional time required to complete the task, I strongly suggested the movers take a lunch break - they declined. When we had to make a second trip, they took at least 20 minutes longer than I did to return to the same location. I was asked to pay for the entire time in spite of this rather obvious delay. Additionally, as they were tired and hungry, the efficiency of the process significantly dropped toward the end, adding additional time and expense for me to the event.

Very polite & eager to help in any way Very polite & eager to help in any way. Did good job of wrapping & protecting furniture. Moved slow & did not bump walls or door facing. They worked good together. I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything moved. I used them 3 yrs ago when I moved from Carrollton area to my current residence in Oak Point.

Horrible experience BLACK TIE MOVING Huntsville AL Horrible experience. Incompetent and incomplete move. Damaged furniture, destroyed new home carpet, destroyed previous home carpet, missing Ipad Pro (a police report was filed)...the list goes on and on. ZERO contact from Black Tie Moving regarding reimbursement of this nightmare move in Huntsville AL. I have doz. of photos supporting the nightmare as well as neighbors comments supporting the trash trail left in front of my home by Black Tie Moving . Look elsewhere if you want a safe, trustworthy and professional move in Huntsville AL.
