Perfect I have moved around a lot and can honestly say this has been the best local move experience that I have had in the past 30 years. The movers actually showed up earlier than expected but gave good notification of that. The earlier start time was to my benefit too. Overall, every contact point, from sales to labor, was great! I can't recommend Black Tie more - everything was perfect!

Do NOT use this company My new home and my personal item were damaged. The moving team (2 men) was unprofessional. They spent time using their cell phones, they moved slowly at the second location, they left behind pieces that they took off of disassembled furniture and required me to bring/ keep up with other small pieces of disassembled furniture. Not to mention they argued with me about damages that I noticed instantly and told me that there was no way that he caused it.

Damaged furniture, destroyed new home carpet, destroyed previous home carpet, missing Ipad Pro (a police report was filed)...the list goes on and on. ZERO contact from Black Tie Moving regarding reimbursement of this nightmare move in Huntsville AL. I have doz. of photos supporting the nightmare as well as neighbors comments supporting the trash trail left in front of my home by Black Tie Moving . Really great experience! Really great experience! First time hiring a moving company, and they made it so easy. I packed a bit, but they probably did 70% of the packing. It was amazing not having to worry about every little thing. Nothing broke, nothing stolen, nothing damaged in the slightest - even some really delicate furniture I have.

For both packing and the move… For both packing and the move everything went extremely well The crew arrived on time, were courteous and worked very efficiently. For the move itself the movers did their job and were very helpful and patient. Moved a rug 3 times, once after there was furniture on it. Cleaned out all packing material at completion. I have another move coming up in the next few months Intend to use Black Tie and will request the same crew
