AUShippingstorm stolen my items valued at… Shippingstorm stolen my items valued at $348.45. I paid Shippingstorm $336 for repacking my orders within the US and forwarding the combined parcel to Australia. When I receive my parcel, 6 items are missing at total value of $348.45. I wish there is a "0" or negative number star rating option. ----------------Update--------------------------------- Thanks Google review to email me let me know this person named Mirek Fejfar, who claimed as the co-founder of Shipping Storm published this long article to provide full of false information. I would like to ask this co-founder a few questions please: (1) Before you suddenly appeared right now in January 2020, we - the PayPal and Better Business Bureau only knew that Barbara Vybiralova is the owner of Shippingstorm, we never knew you. Is that correct? (2) Where were you, during my two months (from 25 September, 2019 I felt Barbara stole my items) arguing with Barbara because she held some of my items but the shipping label, export document shown all items were delivered to my address in Australia? (3) Where were you, when I did NOT receive my all items, so that I complained to PayPal on 1st October, 2019. But Barbara repeatedly report to PayPal "all the items were delivered" with the tracking number that the shipping label and export document did not match my items in the parcel? (4) Where were you, when PayPal ridiculously denied my complaint because they only rely on tracking number to make decisions, so I had to complaint to the Better Business Bureau on October 17, 2019? (5) Where were you, when Barbara initially tried to use the $15 and MSDS Safety Data Sheet as an excuses but after I provided a large amount of evidences; and spent more than one month to prove that both the MSDS Safety Data Sheet and $15 were merely excuses? But for value of $348.45 items missing, I had to agree to pay an extra $15 postage to let Barbara finally ship the items to my friends home on December 8, because my friends knew all these stories and how hard to get the stolen items back, so they offered to help me with ensuring there won't be anymore missing items, (6) Why this person named Mirek Fejfar who claimed as a co-founder kept silent at all times in the past, but after I tried so hard for 2 months to receive my stolen items under BBB's great help; then this co-founder waited for another month to publish these false information? For anyone who might interested in the case, my BBB complaint #13908918.

CZGreat service during stressful times Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the shipment was significantly delayed. I was afraid it might get lost or stolen or something. However, the service I received was excellent, and the communication was great. It really helped me with the stress I was having lately. I will happily use this company again.

AUFantastic Fantastic customer service and their communication is clear and concise. I've had 3 seperate parcels delivered to Australia without an issue. Recently received an email informing that the company will cease trading which is a real shame. The timing of the email was excellent, allowing me ample time to organise freight for the remaining parcels at their warehouse. I will miss shipping storm

AUShipping Storm shut down??? UPDATE: DO NOT USE SHIPPING STORM, THEY HAVE SHUT DOWN!! I got an email from their ex-owners days after my review to say that they shut down at the end of last year, even though their website looks like they are still open. Hopeless!!! I am worried that Shipping Storm is no longer open. I used the address my Shipping Storm account tells me to use, 10260 SW Nimbus Ave, Suite M3- 5943, Portland, OR 97223 US, and UPS have just advised me that the business was closed when their courier arrived. They attempted to deliver at 11am on the 25/05/2022. I attempted to use the FAQ and Contact Us links on the Shipping Storm website and they don't work either. UPS will attempt to deliver again on the 26/05/2022. Will someone be there? I will happily change this review to a five if this was a UPS mistake and Shipping Storm is still providing a great shipping service. Please respond asap, I don't want my package returned to the vendor!
