Fantastic Fantastic customer service and their communication is clear and concise. I've had 3 seperate parcels delivered to Australia without an issue. Recently received an email informing that the company will cease trading which is a real shame. The timing of the email was excellent, allowing me ample time to organise freight for the remaining parcels at their warehouse. I will miss shipping storm

Great service during stressful times Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the shipment was significantly delayed. I was afraid it might get lost or stolen or something.
